Kids, Friends, Seniors

My Saturday was a filled one that was go, go, go but I loved it all! The people I spent it with is what made it worth it!

My day started with going to a birthday party for Liam and Mila- I am close with their family. The party was a Walk and Ride where kids rode their bikes and people walked with strollers, dogs or whatever else. Zoe was a stellar dog all things considered because there were kids, people and other dogs everywhere! It was a fun party!

Walking to the park with Liam and Zoe- they are becoming buddies!

GO!!

After the race, Liam and Mila blew out their candles on their strawberry cones!

All the girls loved walked Zoe and petting her when I wasn't looking!

After the party at the park, Zoe and I walked home, I changed and headed to lunch with friends before heading to Graduation. After trying two restaurants with gorgeous views (they were both closed), we ended up at my favorite restaurant! Great company and great food!

The menu is on a blackboard that they set up at your table until you order

Great and fun friends: Laura, Jeff, Kelli, Catherine

My yummy sesame tuna steak

After lunch we headed to Graduation at the cathedral! It was a really neat graduation to watch the seniors graduate high school! It was equally cool to see the inside of the cathedral! It was beautiful!

After graduation, we headed to a reception at the director's house! It was a great day!!!

Aldiana Weekend!!

While we do not have work off for Memorial Day weekend, we did head to Hammamet for a weekend at the beach and it did NOT disappoint! Oh how I love the Aldiana (the resort we always go to in Hammamet) and the company I go with! Always loads of fun!

As soon as our meetings were over Friday afternoon, we hightailed it to the car and hit the road! Such a fun car ride!

Katie navigating and passing out the Vodka gummies (don't worry, she barely let me have one)

We arrived and get checked in, then head straight to our room to drop off our stuff... look what was in my room! A crib and an extra bed? Unknown guests... thankfully, I never saw them!

After we dropped off our stuff, we headed out for drinks at the bar and dinner. After dinner and socializing, I went back to my room and look who followed me in! He was a sweet cat who finally left.

Friday was a gloomy, cold and windy day but we woke to this... Gorgeous! Oh how I love you Mediterranean Sea!

We started our morning off with a stroll on the beach

After breakfast, we headed to the beach to lay out and read!

Oh the perfect view!

After swimming in the cold sea, we decided to take a ride on the sailboat. That was oh so much fun!!

And we are off!
Such a fun ride with Sami, Katie and Soukenia

After lunch the sun went away and the wind picked up so we didn't make it much longer at the beach

After dinner that night, we headed down to the beach for the beach party!

The gang on the dance floor (oh Catherine, how I love thee!)

Oh the crazy men at the bar strike again... somehow I always end up having these men bothering me at the Aldiana... last year a crazy old German man, this year a crazy Tunisian who works at the Aldiana!

Sunday we woke up to less wind and no clouds in the sky! Yahoo!

Can I just say, Leah is the cutest baby ever!

This was such an awesome trip! And the people who came along are the ones who made the trip! I had such a great time chatty with people I do not always get to talk with at school! It was a wonderful trip sending our dear friend Soukenia off in style!

Domaine Atlas Winery

Today a group of us from school went to visit a winery about an hour outside of Tunis. It is a beautiful place (the wildflowers this time of year are breathtaking!), with good food and great company! It was a lot of fun and a great group of people!

First we walked around and saw their vineyards

Under these we saw three adorable puppies but they were awfully shy so we never saw them again

Love, love, love the wildflowers

Then we went inside where they store the wine and we got to taste them straight from the containers

The different wines Domaine Atlas makes

Wine tasting time!

Next up was a yummy Tunisian lunch!
Jeff, Laura, me and Kelli

After lunch, Catherine took me to see the chickens and turkey

After chatting and game playing, we headed back to school!

These two crazy people are just that... crazy! This is me and the awesome lady who subbed for me while I was gone, Catherine! Now do you see why she was a perfect fit!

Having too much fun on the bus on the way back to school!
