After Obidos, we climbed back in the car and drove to Porto arriving there around dinner time. So we hopped in the taxi to head to the riverfront before the sun went down! We told the taxi driver we wanted to go down to the riverfront area and he said he knew a GREAT restaurant! Well... he drove past the riverfront area, crossed the bridge, drove past the other rivefront area and kept going, going, going, going to the other side of the river. This was NO where near where we wanted to eat... it was in the middle of nowhere! So we took some pictures and walked back (2 1/2 miles) into town where we had the best dinner ever (we are thinking this is due to our long walk but still...)!
Views in the middle of nowhere (at least the homes were pretty)

FOOD! We arrived and it was awesome! Our waiter was a true sweetie!
The next morning, we woke up and headed back to the river to go to a wine cellar to see how Port Wines are made

Sardines are EVERYWHERE in Portugal so when I saw this outside of a restaurant, I could not resist!
We loved what we saw of Porto but there is so much we missed and hope to one day go back and see more!
