Wisconsin!

Aunt Jeanne, mom and I spent a long weekend in Wisconsin and had a marvelous time! It is a beautiful state with kind people and yummy food!

We started our visit by going on a bikes, beer and brats tour! 

We got to tour the Harley Davidson museum.

Then we stopped at the Cheese Mart (love cheese in Wisconsin) to have brats and taste some local cheese!

Our last stop on our tour was the Lakefront Brewery! We tasted some beer and walked around the brewery a bit.

It was biker's night at the museum!

On the way to our hotel that night, we stopped to see Lake Michigan! How beautiful!

The next morning, we walked around the Green Bay stadium! It was neat to see because it was their first day of practice!

Then we stopped at my favorite store in the world which started in Wisconsin: Lands' End!

Then we stopped to get some homemade ice cream!

 

 

Before reaching our home for the weekend, we had to stop at a cheese house, of course! 

 

On Saturday, we went to the public market in Madison! It was beautiful full of flowers and fresh produce! Cheese too of course!

 Next stop was my favorite of the trip: National Mustard day! It was full of mustard tasting, mustard game playing, hot dog eating and museum touring!

We even ate honey mustard custard! 

Then we went to a sweet town that had a troll walk where we walked through the town and see trolls that were made out of wood.

We toured the caves that they were too cool! They were beautiful and fascinating to watch!

We then drove by the Lands' End headquarters and it was so cool to see!

On the way home, we stopped by this cute schoolhouse in Paoli

On Sunday, we went to New Glarus, which is a sweet Swiss town.

This sweet lady ran a cheese shop and was so knowledgeable about cheese!

We also walked around the Swiss Heritage Center to see some of the sweet houses from long ago!

On Monday, we headed to Baraboo to see Circus World! It was too neat! They even had their own circus performing!

They also had an exhibit where all the circus carts where from long ago and all over the world!

We also got to see some of the costumes!

Last stop was the Wisconsin Dells!

We took a boat ride through the Dells and it was beautiful to see!

What a wonderful trip!
